Frequently Asked Questions

  • UK Postage and Shipping
    Please allow up to 3 days for your item to be dispatched. You will receive an email notification when your item has been sent. Items are sent by Royal Mail using their Signed and First-Class service. If you wish to have your item sent Special Delivery (for 1pm next day delivery) please contact me directly.
  • International Shipping
    This will be with the Royal Mail tracked and signed for service and cost is based on the size of the item. Please contact me to discuss.
  • Returns policy
    I want you to be really happy with your purchase from me. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase then any unworn items can be returned up to 28 days after receipt of the item. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. A full refund (less buyer's postage costs) will be issued upon receipt of the item. The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return postage (Tracked and Signed for postage is advised). Earrings: Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on earrings, unless they are faulty. Faulty/damaged items: If your purchase arrives damaged, or is faulty in any way, then please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange for the item to be returned and/or replaced.
  • Care of your jewellery items
    Your purchase is a delicate item so please treat it with care when wearing, removing and storing. Avoid contact with perfumes and make up and store out of direct sunlight.
